We have immediate openings for Full-time and Part-time Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and Emergency Medical Dispatchers with a $1,000 sign on bonus!
Responsibilities include: EMD
Daily dispatch operations answering incoming calls and dispatching them out to EMT's and Paramedics.
On-time performance.
Customer service satisfaction.
Manage communication equipment and P.C.’s.
Conduct random telephone audit reviews.
Assist with ambulance operations.
Ability to perform duties of EMT or Paramedic as needed.
Various office duties including copying, filing, faxing.
Contribute to the upkeep of office and building.

EMT/PARAMEDIC
Operating of an ambulance
Transporting patients.
Render patient care utilizing the standard of care approved by the Medical Director and the Kentucky/Indiana Board of EMS.
Provide support for Paramedic’s rendering advanced life support type treatment. Setting up equipment and assisting in ALS procedures (i.e. heart monitor, IV’s, medications).
The EMT will be involved with checking the unit at the beginning of shift, re-stocking the unit with supplies as needed, cleaning the ambulance and equipment after each run and cleaning and re-stocking of the ambulance after shift, equipment inspection to insure proper function.
Assist the paramedic with completion of paperwork and proper billing forms.
Requirements
High school diploma required.
EMT, EMD or Paramedic certification (NREMT or Kentucky) preferred.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skills.
Minimum of 1 year of medical/emergency dispatch experience preferred.
Good organizational skills.
Good standing within current position (attendance, discipline, etc).
Excellent driving skills in an emergency and non-emergency mode.
